This summer an experimental architect’s residency opens its doors in the twin town of Valga on the Estonian - Latvian border. The residency is aimed at the spatially curious minds and will aim to cultivate a more radical spatial education and practice in the Baltics and to dissect the central theme of the residency – Apathy.
